Travel Reconfirmation Form

The Travel Reconfirmation Form below is required to finalize all travel arrangements for your upcoming trip to Scotland  with Brandon Company May 8-16, 2026. Please provide all information as requested.

TSA regulations require all airlines collect full legal names from all travelers. These names must exactly match what is shown on their passport, including middle names and suffixes (i.e. Sr., Jr.). They also are required to collect birth dates and citizenship information. Please double check all information you are providing before you submit your form. Any re-booking fees incurred as a result of errors in the information you submit will be your responsibility.

To avoid any confusion, you may submit a legible copy of the photo page from your passport. Simply send it along with your completed reconfirmation form. Passports must be valid for the duration of your stay in the United Kingdom.  Please visit www.travel.state.gov for more information.
